Josh Desilets - Owner
Starting Deckscapes in 2005, Josh leads the team with his expertise, exceptional customer service, and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results to every client. Josh takes a very hands-on approach to ensuring satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Fred - Production Manager
Fred oversees all carpentry construction and manages the pool division. Known for his great communication and attention to detail, Fred ensures exceptional results through meticulous planning and coordination.
Kim - Production Manager
Joining the team in 2013, Kim manages hardscape projects with a strategic approach. He excels in problem-solving and ensures that customer expectations are exceeded throughout their projects.
Tim - Customer Service Manager
Tim plays a crucial role in client intake, preconstruction, and post-construction evaluations. He guarantees that every client's journey is seamless and stress-free with exceptional customer service.
Mike - Preconstruction Manager
Mike, who started with Deckscapes in 2014, ensures a smooth transition from project planning to execution. His extensive construction experience is vital to the preconstruction process.
Josh - Design Manager
Josh joined the Deckscapes Team in 2014 and currently serves the role of design manager. Josh has designed many award winning outdoor living spaces over the years. He is very passionate about connecting all of your outdoor living goals into an overall design that ties seamlessly into your property.
Tyler - Field Manager
Tyler assists with day-to-day operations of hardscape projects, providing oversight and support to ensure consistent results. He addresses any questions or concerns during construction.
Luis - Field Manager
Luis brings vast construction knowledge to manage carpentry crews effectively. He works closely with Fred to oversee project execution and manage client expectations throughout the build.
Brandon- Senior Designer
Brandon joined the Deckscapes Team in 2016 and currently fills the role of senior designer. Well versed in creating unique spaces, Brandon has produced many award winning designs and continues to be one of Deckscapes' top designers. Brandon excels at solving the unique challenges that many properties present.
John - Designer
John joined the Deckscapes Team in 2021 and is well versed in designing all types of outdoor living projects. He takes the time to evaluate your home and comes up with creative design solutions with each property.
